I am a Lesbian writer-director located in Los Angeles, CA who believes in telling women- and Lesbian-centered stories that highlight strength, courage, and love.
I grew up in Palm Springs, CA where I played a lot of music - Piano, Saxophone, Violin, anything
I could get my hands on. In college, I explored many subjects, but, with my mother's strong
and very wise advice, I finally realized that history was my passion. I majored in History at
UC Santa Barbara, focusing mainly on Medieval history, before graduating in 2023.
But I wasn't quite satisfied with that kind of career. I've always been a highly
visual thinker, really seeing what I was learning in my history classes as these
cinematic moments that excited me. After a few twists and turns,
I experienced a true revelation: I wanted to write for the movies.

I have never looked back.
I wrote two terrible screenplays before being admitted into the MFA program for Television, Film, and Theatre at Cal State LA, and I can say with enormous gratitude that it has been the best two years of my life. Now, I am a writer and director for the stage and screen with clear and confident visions for each of my projects.
Currently, I am developing my culminating project for my MFA program, a Short film that will use a sixth-century Greek text, The Secret History, to create a world that lives between the medieval and the modern. The film will be shot in November and screened in March or April.
In between writing and directing, I am usually crewing a friend's shoot, hanging out with my partner in Santa Barbara, or at home with family in Palm Springs.
